Capturing Life's Moments

Sarah Nell + Robert Engagement March 5, 2010

Sarah Nell and Robert chose Park Circle and the picturesque Riverfront park of North Charleston as the location of their engagement shoot. Both local Charlestonians and Clemson grads, the two have deep roots in the area and this location holds special meaning. We started the shoot in Park Circle where there is a street named after one of Sarah Nell’s ancestors. While walking along we stumbled upon this great red wall that provides a perfect compliment to the couples attire.

After shooting a bit around the shops of Park Circle we drove to Riverfront park. With the dock, bright blue sky and reeds this image seems like of snapshot of Charleston summer… you’d never imagine that it was about 50 degrees and the winds were howling! Pour Sarah Nell was freezing in her turquoise dress but comes across looking effortlessly relaxed and comfortable!

Don’t they look cute together?

One of the last shots of the day, a very cute and intimate moment between the two!

As Sarah Nell works for the North Charleston Mayors office she knows the area well and led us up to the old Admirals house that overlooks the park. The building is in complete disrepair but it is this state that makes it so magical and fascinating. The light streaming through the trees was absolutely beautiful and it was there that we caught this playful picture of the couple.

Zoooom in on the ring!

Cabin Fever!

This next set is hands down our favorite of the day. Imagine if the boy and girl figures come to life at night. What would they do? Why kiss of course!

Until next time, kiss kiss!
